Warning

TestGen Enterprise V4 has breaking changes to the environment variables passed into the Docker container. To upgrade from V3 to V4, follow the steps in Upgrade TestGen, making sure to download the latest version of dk-installer in step 4.

Feature highlights

Profiling & Test Schedules

DataOps TestGen Enterprise now supports scheduling of profiling and test runs through the UI. Cron-based schedules can be added through the Profiling Schedules dialog on the Profiling Runs page and the Test Schedules dialog on the Test Runs page.

Other fixes and enhancements

  • The scores in the Score Details and Score Explorer pages can now be grouped by column tags.
  • An error in the Data Preview dialog for Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Synapse Analytics connections has been fixed.
  • We fixed a bug in the display of the Edit Connection dialog when using Snowflake password authentication.
  • We fixed an issue with the execution of Aggregate Balance and Aggregate Minimum tests.
  • We fixed an issue related to navigation that intermittently required links to be clicked twice.
  • We improved how the session cookie is detected when opening links in a new tab.
  • When multiple projects are present, links opened in a new tab now open to the appropriate project.
  • We fixed a bug in applying user roles to mixed-case usernames.
  • We applied general fixes to reduce errors, increase security, and improve our user experience.
