Enterprise Version 3.1.0

• Helm charts are now available to install TestGen Enterprise on a Kubernetes cluster.
• Empty scorecards are hidden on the Quality Dashboard page.
• We fixed a bug that caused the application version not to be displayed on the sidebar.
