User account

You can access your account information at any time. Log into Automation, then select your username from the gray menu.

User session

The system defines a user session as all user interactions with Automation from login to logout.

The maximum session length with no user activity is 2 hours. After 2 hours, the session times out and the system forces a logout. Work in progress at session timeout is not saved.

When you perform tasks within the 2-hour timeframe, the user session refreshes at 10-minute intervals and resets the 2-hour session clock. Note that simply typing text or code without committing, updating, or saving does not reset the session.

You will be logged out after 2 hours of inactivity. Your work is not saved.
