Help option

Usage: dk kitchen-settings-get [OPTIONS]

  Get Kitchen Settings (kitchen-settings.json) for your customer account.
  This file is global to all Kitchens.  Your role must equal "IT" to get
  the kitchen-settings.json file.

Options:
  --help  Show this message and exit.
