Manage Access

Each kitchen has a designated user list that limits access to managing a kitchen's infrastructure, editing its recipes, and running its orders. Kitchens are locked to users who have not been added to the user list.

Update kitchen user list

You can edit a kitchen's user list from the Configure Kitchen page.

  1. Use one of the following to navigate to the Configure Kitchen page:
    • From the Kitchens page, click Configure Kitchen next to a kitchen name.
    • From the Recipes page, click Configure Kitchen next to the kitchen name in the green navigation bar.
  2. Select the Users tab.
  3. Add or remove users.

  4. To add a user, click Add User. Enter the user's email address in the empty field at the bottom of the list.

  5. To remove a user, click Remove User next to the user.

  6. To grant kitchen access, select the radio button to grant all users in your organization or the radio button to limit access to the users listed.

  7. Click Update to save your changes.

Change kitchen access

On the Configure Kitchen page, select one of the following radio buttons to configure who a kitchen is accessible to:

  • All users in <customer account>: Give access to all users who can log into this Automation tenant.
  • Specific users: Give access to users who have been added to the kitchen's user list. See step 3 above for how to add or remove users.

Kitchen roles
