Other fixes and enhancements

• A timeout on container nodes has been implemented. Now, if a container node is unable to start during an order run—for example, the node is unable to find resources—a timeout will occur after 60 seconds. [DEV-9934]
• We fixed a session refresh issue for those who sign in with Auth0's Open ID authentication. When using this authentication provider, users will no longer be asked to re-authenticate an open session or experience a 500 error. [DEV-9918]
