Other fixes and enhancements

• We fixed an issue with conditional node order statuses. Previously, if a recipe variation included a conditional node, order runs would log a storage error and the node status wouldn't update as expected upon order run completion. [DEV-9913]
• We applied general fixes to reduce errors.
