Order Problems¶
The following documents help troubleshoot potential order problems.
Quick steps to investigate failed order runs¶

For manual order runs, keep the Run Variation or Run Node dialog open until you see the order ID displayed or an error message.
Note
You may miss important error information if you navigate away too soon.
- Search for error entries in order run logs from the Orders page. Click an order run ID, then click Logs on the Order Run Details page.
- Try compiling recipe files to verify the values are resolving as expected.
- Before running Python scripts, compile them and/or use a tool like Shellcheck.
