Parameter Configuration Problem

A message similar to one of the following appears in the Run Variation dialog to alert you:

Order could not be created for recipe-variation.

Validation errors while compiling variation <variation_name>

<file path> - Missing required configuration

Details

When creating a recipe variation, nodes used in the variation must be configured with the necessary settings.

Potential causes

A node used in the recipe variation may be missing the required configuration parameter to run.

Solution

  • From the Node Editor: Open the Node Editor of the affected node and select the Configuration tab. Update the settings.
  • From the File Editor: Navigate to the file named in the Run Variation dialog. Add or edit the setting.

When the changes are made, rerun the order.
