View Score Details¶
Use the Score Details page to investigate a scorecard's scores, track trends over time, and drill down into the individual issues behind a score. To open it, click View details on any scorecard tile on the Quality Dashboard.

Investigate score trends¶
The history chart shows how the scorecard's scores have changed over time, with each data point representing a snapshot taken after a profiling or test run. Use it to identify whether data quality is improving, degrading, or stable — and to track the impact of quality improvement initiatives.
If the trend appears incorrect after editing a scorecard's filters, click the Refresh button on the history chart to recalculate all historical data points using the current filter criteria.
Identify top contributors to score reduction¶
The breakdown table shows how the scorecard's score distributes across a selected category, sorted by impact so the categories contributing the most to data quality problems appear first.
Switch the breakdown category using the category selector to view scores from different angles — for example, break down by Table Name to find problematic tables, by Quality Dimension to see which aspects of quality are weakest, or by Business Domain to identify which teams are most affected. Toggle between Total Score and CDE Score to compare overall quality against critical data quality.

Drill down into issues¶
Click any row in the breakdown table to see the individual hygiene issues and test failures contributing to that category's score. Each issue shows its type (hygiene or test), the affected table and column, and a description of the problem.
From the issues list, you can:
- Select one or more issues and click Export to download PDF reports. Multiple selections are packaged into a ZIP archive.
- Click a hygiene issue to open the profiling results for that column.
- Click a test issue to open the test results for that column.
Set up score drop notifications¶
Click the (notifications icon) on the scorecard tile to configure email alerts when scores drop below a threshold. You can set separate thresholds for the Total Score and CDE Score. See Notifications for full setup details.
Manage the scorecard¶
- Edit — Click the (edit icon) to open the scorecard's current definition. See Edit a scorecard.
- Delete — Click the (delete icon) to permanently remove the scorecard, its cached results, and its history.
