View Instance Details

Observability displays the details and data collected for an instance across several tabs.

In the header above the tabs, the system displays the journey name and instance ID; the instance timings; the start type, as defined by the journey's instance conditions; the status, and any alerts. If the instance is related to a payload, the information will also be included in the header.

Tip

The status of instances, runs, and tasks are color-coordinated for better visualization. Colors are repeated in tables, Gantt charts, and graphs.

How to view instance details

Use any of the following to open details for an instance:​

• From the Company Overview or Project Overview page, click an instance dot or Gantt chart bar.
• Select Instances from the menu. Click the ID of the instance you want to view.
• Select Journeys from the menu. Select any journey to open the journey details, then click View Instances. From the filtered Instances page, click the ID of the instance you want to view.

View the journey

An instance is the runtime execution of a journey. At any point while investigating the details of an instance, click View Journey above the tabs to redirect to the journey itself. From there you can make changes to the relationship, rules, and settings.
