Delete Journeys

Delete journeys to maintain organized projects that represent your data estate.

Use caution when deleting journeys. This action is permanent. It cannot be undone and you cannot retrieve the data.

How to

1. Use the drop-down in the menu to select a Project.
2. Select Journeys from the menu > choose a journey from the list.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Click Delete Journey.
5. In the confirmation dialog:
   • Click Delete to delete the journey.
   • Click Cancel to close the dialog without deleting.

Outcomes

• The journey no longer appears on the Journeys page.
• Any past instances associated with this journey are deleted. The instance details are no longer available.
• Any rules or instance conditions previously created for the journey are deleted.
