Company Overview Enterprise

In DataOps Observability, projects are the spaces that separate and distinguish work. Projects might be set up by department, team, or goal, to suit your organizational needs.

The Projects page lists all of the projects in your organization's Observability tenant, while the Project Overview page provides at-a-glance data on the instances happening in a specific project.

To go one level higher and see a summary of the instances across all projects in your tenant, navigate to the Company Overview page.

Click your organization's name next to the hamburger icon.

The Company Overview page shows a list of the projects in your Observability tenant that have had—or will have—instances start during the selected date range.

• The summary shows the number of instances by status.
• Each project includes the number of instances with a link to open the Project Overview page in a new tab.
• Each instance is represented by a dot, where the color is its status. A filled dot indicates that the instance contains at least one run.

Drill down

• Use the Date range and filters to update the summary, list, and details.
• Click any status in the summary to apply a quick filter.
• Hover your cursor over an instance dot for a summary of its details.
• Click an instance dot to open the instance details in a new tab.

Expand a project

From the list, select any project name to see the instances by journey.

• Each journey includes the number of instances and a link to open the journey details in a new tab.

• Each instance is represented by a dot, where the color represents the status.

  Hover your cursor over a dot for a summary of its details. Click a dot to open the instance details in a new tab.

Expand a journey

After you expand a project, you can drill down into the instances of a journey.

Select any journey name to see the instances as they occur over time. Here, each bar represents the instance's timings and status.
