Other fixes and enhancements

  • You can now define rules based on the instance alerts Journey sequence not met and Instance ended; component progress incomplete. See Rule Patterns and Examples for more information. [PD-1435]
  • We've added a banner in the instance details Status tab to inform you when an instance does not align with the journey's sequence and to help guide your root cause analysis. For more information, see the new troubleshooting help, Journey Sequence Not Met. [PD-1436]
  • We applied general fixes to reduce errors.
  • We made various improvements to our user experience. Our help documentation has been updated to reflect these changes.

Improved runs sorting

We've made improvements to the Batch Runs tab of the Events page and instance details so you can more easily see runs that do not align with your expectations:

  • Pending or missing runs now appear in the table at the time when a run should have started.
  • Expected run timings are included in the tooltip that appears you hover your cursor over an alert.

Improved instance results

  • The instance details Status tab now includes more data for your batch pipeline, dataset, and server components. At a glance, view the summary of test outcomes and runs that occurred in each component during an instance. Use the colors and symbols of a node to understand where the highest severity events are happening. See Instance Details Status Tab for more details.
